1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending the Black Mental Health Symposium (BMHS), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LifeSkills Cares, Inc.

2. Registration and Payment

All registration fees must be paid in full to confirm your attendance. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and processed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please see our separate Refund Policy page for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

4. Event Changes

BMHS reserves the right to modify the event program, schedule, speakers, or format. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

5. Continuing Education Credits

CE credits are subject to specific requirements including session attendance and completion of evaluations. BMHS makes no guarantee of credit acceptance by your licensing board.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All presentation content, materials, and recordings are the property of BMHS or the respective presenters. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell attendee information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

BMHS and LifeSkills Cares, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
