Your virtual registration provides you access to all of the plenary presentations, designated concurrent breakout sessions, Trap Yoga, virtual tote bags, and online networking that make up the virtual BMHS experience.
Yes, only in the unlikely and extreme event that the BMHS is cancelled. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
You can earn up to 12 continuing education credits by attending breakout sessions, the keynote address, and the State of Black Mental Health panel discussion/press conference. No CE credits are provided for trap yoga, affiliate meetings, and other social and networking events. The BMHS is accredited by the National Board of Certified Counselors and application is made to the National Association for Social Workers.
Your CE certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours after the BMHS. Check the inbox of the email address you registered with.
Calls for submissions for the BMHS are released early January and are due mid-April. Visit the Presentation Page to apply.
Yes. the BMHS Schedule of Sessions will be released in May-June. An interactive schedule can be found online.
No. The BMHS is open to all mental health professionals, educators, students, and advocates. The only requirement is that BMHS attendees wish to enhance the work they do to improve mental wellness among Black communities.
