Full Refund (30+ Days Before Event)

Cancellations made more than 30 days before BMHS 2026 are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Transfer or Credit (Within 30 Days)

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another person or receive full credit toward next year’s symposium.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or transfer, email registration@blackmhsymposium.com with your registration confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no charge up to 7 days before the event. Contact us with both parties’ information.
